Brent Skinner: Managing Director &
Head Clay Instructor
Brent has taught the Monday Evening Clay Class at
MSSU for 5 years & served as Master Craftsman and
Demonstrator at Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO for
13. He is a member of Midwest Clay Artists &
Potters' Council. An award winning artist, he is also
an energetic and encouraging teacher. Brent is a
master of the wheel glaze formulation and
application and firing of all sorts. He will be
coordinating volunteers, supervising the studio and
teaching full time
Heather Grills: Executive Director
Heather is a multi-faceted multi-media artist,
member of MCA, Potters' Council, JACC Cultural
Affairs Committee and Spiva. She has a BA from
Rhodes Collage, a MAT from Washington University
and Certificate in Mural Studies from Pennsylvania
College of Art & Design. She's Teaching part-time and
managing publicity & programing.
